AED 1.05
Description
A733 is a widely used TO-92 size BJT transistor designed to use for amplification and switching purposes. It is used in a variety of commercial equipment, educational devices, toys, etc. Additionally, it is also used in DIY educational electronics circuits and projects. The transistor is capable to drive a load of -50V and 150mA. The maximum emitter-base voltage of the transistor is 5V and the minimum saturation voltage is only 0.3V. The maximum collector dissipation is 250mW and DC current gain of up to 600 also makes it ideal to use as an amplifier in many different applications.
Where We Can Use it & How to Use:
This transistor is made to use for any general-purpose amplification and switching purposes. When used as a switch it can drive load under 150mA that is enough to drive relays, LEDs, high power transistors, integrated circuits, etc. It only requires 0.3V base voltage for saturation due to which it can be used in low voltage operated circuits. On the other hand, it can also be used in audio amplification stages and also as an amplifier to amplify many types of signals. Moreover, the transition frequency is up to 180MHz due to which it will also perform well in RF circuits under 180MHz.

How to Safely Long Run in a Circuit:
To make this device serve for long term in your circuits it is suggested to kept these points in mind when using it in your circuit. Do not drive load of more than 50V and 150mA. It is always better to drive less load than its maximum value. Always use a suitable base resistor and do not use or store this transistor in temperature below -55 Celsius and above +150 Celsius.
